Rolex watches 2009
The new models of the most renowned luxury watch brand Rolex finally released its new models of 2009 collection after all the Rolex fans and watch lovers anxiously awaited for months.
These new watch collections were finally been showcased at Baselworld 2009 and attracted great attention for the many remarkable changes. At Baselworld 2009, Rolex came with eight 36mm Date-Just II models and four 41mm Date-Just II models. In 2008, Rolex men’s watch had 41mm model on Day-Date II, but this year was Date-Just II’s turn.
One Two-Tone 41mm Datejust II model uses green theme Roman numbers and a baton marker with luminescence at 9 o’clock. The green elements first appeared at Basel 2004. GMT Master II, Anniversary Rolex Submariner, and Milgauss 116400GV are all beneficiaries of green elements.
Two of other Rolex Date-Just II models apply Arabic markers. One in two-tone and the other in white gold and stainless steel. It is inevitable to drive your attention to the arabic numerals on white gold version presenting something purple. The last 41mm Date-Just II keeps more tradition looking with baton markers.
On the other hand, the new Rolex submariner comes with what some may call a retro which looks great with the new squared case shape. I must emphasize every time we can expect something new from a Rolex Watch! The highlight is on the new high tech ceramic bezel which, unlike previous aluminum bezel bezel model, this one won′t get scratched easily and keeps shining for a long period.
This new Rolex Submariner is not the first model to use this type of bezel. Actually it is the third one to do it, GMT Master and Deep-Sea Sea-Dweller where the first ones. Most of the cases uses brushed finish on its surface to present a more masculine look.
Every Submariner watches comes with gold rims on hands and indicator which adds a great esthetic touch to the watch.
